Four commitments we hold to.

    Scope is defined before it is priced

    Most overruns are definition failures, not engineering failures. We spend real effort on the shape of the problem before committing to a number, and we hold that shape through delivery.

    A working slice beats a document

    Engagements produce something running early — usually inside the first fortnight. It is the fastest honest way to find out whether the plan survives contact with the codebase.
